You will manage multiple requisitions, negotiate offers, and ensure compliant, high-quality candidate experiences in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of recruitment experience in corporate or agency environments.
• Experience with direct sourcing, headhunting, and engaging passive candidates.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirements to placement.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and craft hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct candidate assessments and provide market insights for decisions.
• Manage multiple open positions with timely delivery and positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate compensation discussions.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and standards.
