Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Project Implementation Manager to join the Corporate Real Estate Management team in the United States. The role supports planning and delivery of corporate real estate projects, managing budgets, schedules, vendor coordination, and overall project execution.

East Coast locations are preferred, with openness to other U.S. locations. Responsibilities include leading change management, mentoring the regional team, and ensuring quality service delivery while aligning

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Engineering/Management (or equivalent).
• 7-10 years’ experience with a Construction, Design, or Project Management Firm.
• Understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Experience in drafting budgets, cash flows, and schedules.
• Ability to review drawings, budgets and Contractor quotations.
• Strong storyteller with succinct, convincing communication.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management and optimize regional Corporate Real Estate Projects.
• Ensure delivery of planning, design, construction, relocation and/or downsizing projects on time and on budget.
• Establish high standards for service delivery and improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Change Management Lead to realize project impact.
• Build and mentor the Regional Real Estate Project team.
• Maintain relationships with staff and leadership at multiple levels.
• Manage procurement and finance interactions to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and document project budgets and schedules with stakeholders.
