Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Implementation Manager for the Corporate Real Estate Management team. The role supports US-wide CRE projects, managing budgets, schedules, and vendor coordination, with emphasis on timely delivery and value for the client.

Ideal candidates will have a Architecture/Engineering/Construction background with 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong budgets, and team leadership skills. East Coast preference, but other US locations considered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Engineering/Management diploma (or equivalent).
• 7-10 years' experience in construction, design, or project management.
• Understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Experience in drafting budgets, cash flows, and schedules.
• Ability to review drawings, budgets and contractor quotations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Project Management; optimize cost vs client needs across regions.
• Deliver planning, design, construction, relocation, downsizing or closure of premises on time and on budget.
• Establish high standards for service delivery in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management.
• Identify processes to improve team efficiency; apply continuous improvement with a national/global mindset.
• Lead change management with Change Management Lead to ensure expected program outcomes.
• Develop and mentor the Regional Real Estate Project team; build strong stakeholder relationships.
