Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Project Implementation Manager to join the Corporate Real Estate Management team in the United States. You will oversee planning, design, construction, relocation, and budget management for national projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong budgeting and communication skills, and the ability to travel. You will collaborate across regions, drive process improvements, and mentor regional teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in construction, design or project management.
• Understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Experience drafting budgets, cash flows, and schedules.
• Ability to review drawings, budgets and contractor quotations.
• Willingness to travel.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management and coordinate Corporate Real Estate Projects regionally.
• Deliver planning, design, construction, relocation and/or downsizing of premises on time and on budget.
• Establish high service delivery standards for Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management projects.
• Lead process improvements to boost team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Change Management Lead to realize desired program outcomes.
• Mentor the Regional Real Estate Project team and build strong relationships locally and nationally.
• Ensure compliance with policies and drive energy reduction initiatives.
