WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Project Implementation Manager to join the Corporate Real Estate Management team. The role spans across the United States with responsibilities for budgets, schedules, vendor coordination, and overall project execution.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in construction/design/project management, strong knowledge of budgets and schedules, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. East Coast preferred; open to other U.S. locations.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Engineering/Management diploma (or equivalent).
• 7-10 years’ experience with a Construction, Design, or Project Management Firm.
• Understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Experience drafting budgets, cash flows, and schedules.
• Ability to review drawings, budgets and contractor quotations.
• Strong storytelling and succinct communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Support Director of Project Management and optimize regional delivery.
• Deliver planning, design, construction, relocation, downsizing or closure of premises on time and on budget.
• Establish high standards for service delivery in Corporate Real Estate projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and processes.
• Lead change management to realize expected program outcomes.
• Develop and mentor the Regional Real Estate Project team.
• Build relationships with local, regional, and national stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure policy compliance and consistent delivery.
