Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in the United States seeks a Director, Real Estate Projects – East Region to lead a team of Project Implementation Managers and coordinators.

You will govern complex regional programs, manage budgets, and drive project success across the East region with strong governance and executive visibility. Reporting to the VP Corporate Real Estate for the America’s region, the role requires strategic maneuvering, collaboration with internal clients, and delivery of high‑quality real

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in a Project Management or equivalent role.
• Formal training in project management, PMP certification is an asset.
• Ability to speak in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese is an asset.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget with high client satisfaction.
• Ability to tell a story in a convincing manner.
• Highly proficient in MS Office including vendor and database software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and implement all Internal Real Estate projects within your assigned region.
• Develop business cases and project budgets to optimize costs within deliverable ranges.
• Define, Develop and Document Project Budgets and Schedules in consultation with partners.
• Ensure project results meet requirements regarding quality, schedule and budget.
• Actively lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, and subcontract management.
• Provide oversight and governance on all major ongoing Real Estate projects.
