Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Engineering/Management diploma.
• 7-10 years’ experience with a Construction, Design, or Project Management Firm.
• Understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Experience drafting budgets, cash flows, and schedules.
• Ability to review drawings, budgets and Contractor quotations.
• Strong storytelling with succinct, convincing communication.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management and optimize regional project delivery.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of premises planning, design, construction, relocation or closure.
• Establish high service standards for Corporate Real Estate projects and services.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in processes and tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with HR for staffing.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Finance on contractors and accounting.
• Monitor budgets and schedules; propose corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a culture of safety, energy reduction, and policy compliance.
