Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-15 years of corporate and transactional experience.
• Experience handling M&A and private equity investments.
• Experience representing sponsors, portfolio companies, founders, management, or buyers.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client counseling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a team environment.
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent PE funds, portfolio companies, and corporate clients in M&A and strategic transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage purchase agreements and related documents.
• Conduct and supervise due diligence and coordinate closings.
• Advise on corporate governance, ownership structures, and ongoing operations.
• Work with clients, investors, lenders, accountants, and opposing counsel throughout deals.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive solutions.
