Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate for its Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in M&A and private equity, with a JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.

You will assist in executing complex transactions, provide strategic corporate advice, and draft due diligence documents while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.

Qualifications
