Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level corporate associate in Washington, DC with 4–6 years of private equity experience to join its private equity team. The role offers opportunities to work on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and strategic alliances.

The candidate will draft transaction agreements, negotiate deal terms, manage closings, conduct factual and legal research, and mentor junior attorneys while collaborating with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of private equity experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Bar admission in DC or reciprocity understanding.
