BCG Attorney Search seeks a Corporate and Private Equity Partner in Charlotte, NC with 8–15 years of sophisticated transactional experience. The ideal candidate represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and founders in exit transactions, and collaborates across practice groups.

Qualifications

• Significant M&A and private equity experience in a law firm or comparable environment.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and work in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent private equity funds, portfolio companies, and corporate clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage purchase agreements, LLC agreements, and related transaction documents.
• Conduct and supervise due diligence reviews and coordinate transaction closings.
• Advise clients on corporate governance matters, ownership structures, and ongoing business operations.
• Work directly with clients, investment professionals, lenders, accountants, and opposing counsel throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
