Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Sr. Corporate Paralegal to join the Corporate Legal Services team.

The role supports multi-state licensing, regulatory filings, and corporate governance activities, partnering with corporate attorneys to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include drafting governing documents, legal research, project management, and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders, with a focus on accuracy and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department OR Paralegal Certification AND 4 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department OR 6 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department performing the functions of a Paralegal
• Detail and deadline orientation and PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and move amongst tasks and changing priorities effectively; clear and concise verbal and written communication with multiple stakeholders.
