Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a Sr. Corporate Paralegal to join its Corporate Legal Services team in Chicago.

This role provides strategic support for multi-state licensing, regulatory filings, and corporate governance, partnering with corporate attorneys in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification with several years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, and excels in drafting complex documents and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department OR Paralegal Certification AND 4 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department OR 6 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department performing the functions of a Paralegal
• Knowledge of judicial system, court procedures, HCSC corporate policies, procedures, and company operations
• Detail and deadline orientation and PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and move amongst tasks and changing priorities effectively
