Responsibilities

• Identify issues and work independently on complex assignments for clients and attorneys.
• Prepare corporate resolutions, minutes, and governance records.
• Handle filings, apostilles, notarizations, and process agent appointments.
• Lead data management initiatives for legal data and documents across systems.
• Conduct comprehensive matter reviews and post-litigation steps.
• Provide research and background information to legal leads.
• Perform interviews and gather facts for cases.
• Monitor legal budget trackers and review outside counsel bills.
• Advise business partners on legal matters and escalate as needed.
