Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Shareholder-Level Corporate Lawyer to provide comprehensive counsel to clients on mergers and acquisitions, contracting, and general corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven front-line deal-making track record and strong client management skills.

You will lead negotiations, draft critical agreements, and collaborate with other attorneys on multidisciplinary projects while maintaining high standards of professional ethics and service.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of corporate law experience with a focus on M&A, contracting, and general corporate matters.
• Strong academic credentials and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a heavy workload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law matters.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for legal inquiries.
• Collaborate with other attorneys on multidisciplinary projects.
