Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission in New York.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate law and transactional practice.
• Significant experience leading sophisticated business transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
• Excellent communication and business judgment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions.
• Lead due diligence, negotiations, and transaction management.
• Draft and negotiate various agreements and contracts.
• Advise on governance, risk management, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across various practice areas.
• Participate in business development and practice growth initiatives.
• Mentor junior attorneys.
