BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney for its Seattle, WA office. The candidate will advise on mergers and acquisitions, finance, and securities law while supporting senior partners in transitioning client relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership of junior staff, and the ability to grow a practice within a busy, high-demand setting. A JD and active license in WSBA are required.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as a corporate attorney.
• Undergraduate and JD degrees from accredited institutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate issues including mergers and acquisitions, finance, and securities compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state securities laws.
• Coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Supervise junior attorneys, legal assistants, and possibly paralegals.
• Provide training to legal team members and company employees.
• Work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment and meet short deadlines.
