Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate transactions.
• Proven success in leading deals through closing.
• Experience with securities law matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and joint venture transactions.
• Draft primary transaction agreements and negotiate with opposing counsel.
• Advise public and/or private companies on securities law matters, including capital-raising transactions and compliance.
