Job summary

BTI Solutions is seeking a Corporate Lead In-House Counsel to serve as the company’s primary legal advisor and lead a growing in-house team in Plano, TX. The role focuses on strategic guidance, high-value contract negotiation, and robust governance in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment.

The ideal candidate will partner with executives to support business growth, manage litigation and outside counsel, and ensure comprehensive regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

• Lead the in-house legal function and advise executive leadership
• Negotiate and manage complex commercial contracts across transportation, warehousing, and 3PL agreements
• Oversee litigation, arbitration, and interaction with outside counsel
• Ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local laws affecting logistics/supply chain
• Provide practical, solution-oriented legal guidance to drive business growth while mitigating risk
