10 BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Corporate Lead In-House Counsel to serve as the company’s primary in-house legal advisor, guiding executive leadership on strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, and governance within a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment.

You will build and lead the internal legal team, negotiate complex commercial contracts, manage litigation and outside counsel, and partner across functions to minimize risk while enabling business growth.

Formación

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school; active Texas Bar in good standing.
• 10+ years of legal experience including in-house corporate counsel.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements (transportation, warehousing, procurement, technology, and customer service).
• Ability to advise executive leadership on legal risk and strategic business initiatives.
• Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Company's legal strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
• Negotiate high-value customer and vendor contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Oversee litigation, arbitration, claims, and regulatory investigations; manage outside counsel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, local laws affecting logistics and transportation.
