Job summary

Origin Staffing is partnering with a well-established, publicly traded financial services firm to identify a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support governance, legal entity management, and equity administration.

The role works closely with senior legal leadership in a highly regulated environment, handling board materials, stock plan administration, and regulatory requests with discretion and independence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate or governance-focused paralegal experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting boards, senior executives, and complex entity structures.
• Experience handling confidential compensation and equity-related matters.
• Familiarity with stock administration platforms or ability to ramp quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance and board operations, including minutes and resolutions.
• Manage legal entities across domestic and international structures.
• Assist with public company obligations, proxy materials, and regulatory requests.
• Coordinate equity/stock plan administration with HR and Finance.
• Liaise with outside counsel, internal stakeholders, and auditors with discretion.
