Qualifications

• 9+ years of corporate governance experience as a paralegal in a large corporate in-house environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices.
• Open to working in an engagement-based role for approximately 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist client's legal team in drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents.
• Conduct research and analyze legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance.
• Maintain and update corporate records and governance-related documents.
• Assist with preparation and filing of corporate documents.
