Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and review corporate governance documents (board resolutions, bylaws, policies, charters).
• Research and analyze regulatory requirements related to governance and compliance.
• Maintain and update corporate records (board minutes, shareholder records).
• Assist with filing corporate documents including annual reports, proxies, and SEC filings.
