Axiom is seeking a corporate governance paralegal to support top Fortune 100 clients on temporary remote secondments. You will draft and review governance documents, analyze regulatory requirements, and help maintain corporate records on a flexible engagement basis.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in corporate governance within a large in‑house team, strong research skills, and familiarity with SEC filings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate governance paralegal experience in a large corporate in-house environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and familiarity with corporate filings and SEC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review corporate governance documents (board resolutions, bylaws, policies, charters).
• Research and analyze governance-related regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update corporate records (minutes, shareholder records).
• Prepare and file corporate documents (annual reports, proxy statements, SEC filings).
