Axiom is seeking a Corporate Paralegal in New York to assist legal teams with corporate governance tasks. Responsibilities include drafting governance documents, conducting research, and maintaining corporate records. Ideal candidates will have over 9 years of experience in corporate governance and a solid understanding of SEC regulations.

We are currently seeking corporate governance paralegals to join our bench of fully vetted candidates working temporary secondments for our top F100 clients in New York. This is an existing vacancy.
The estimated total compensation for full‑time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500‑325,000 per year and for non‑attorney roles is $71,250‑309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
