Job summary

State Street is seeking a Corporate Functions Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of modern business solutions across HR, Legal, Audit, Risk, Compliance, and other corporate functions. You will blend technical leadership with solution delivery, applying build, buy, configure, automate, and integrate strategies across a platform‑based landscape.

Qualifications

7+ years of technology delivery, technical project management, or solution implementation.
Hands-on software development experience and ability to guide engineering teams.
Experience leading delivery teams in Agile and hybrid environments.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectures.
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and modern development practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with vendor management and third‑party providers.
Familiarity with HR, Legal, Audit, Risk, Compliance or corporate functions.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology initiatives across Corporate Functions.
Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and execution strategies.
Manage scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate efforts across business teams, technology partners, vendors, and engineers.
Drive delivery from requirements through deployment and post‑production support.
Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure enterprise standards alignment.
Drive solution delivery leveraging Power Platform capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
Lead design and implementation of workflow‑driven business solutions.
