Job summary

State Street is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Functions Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of modern business solutions across HR, Legal, Audit, Risk, and Compliance. This role blends technical project leadership with hands-on engineering experience to drive build, buy, configure, automate, or integrate initiatives.

You will partner with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure scalable, secure, and measurable outcomes, leveraging Power Platform and enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology delivery or technical PM.
• Strong hands-on software development background.
• Experience leading delivery in Agile and hybrid environments.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications and platform-based solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integrations, APIs, and modern development practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with vendor relationships and third‑party solution providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across Corporate Functions.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and execution strategies.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate efforts across business teams, technology partners, vendors, and engineering resources.
• Drive successful execution from requirements through deployment and post-production support.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Lead design and implementation of workflow-driven business solutions.
