Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Structured Finance, or related experience.
• Experience structuring and executing complex corporate credit transactions.
• Strong understanding of cash flow lending, acquisition finance, working capital structures, and asset-based lending.
• Experience with club deals, participations, syndicated transactions, or multi-bank facilities preferred.
• Advanced analysis of financial statements, underwriting, modeling, pricing, and risk-adjusted returns.
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and credit approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Corporate Banking and Relationship Managers to develop financing strategies for clients.
• Serve as a senior structuring resource for large, complex, or non-standard financing opportunities.
• Structure solutions including senior secured/unsecured credit, acquisition financing, growth capital, and working capital facilities.
• Determine use of bank balance sheet based on hold size, risk appetite, and strategic importance.
• Coordinate club, participation, and syndicated structures when needed.
• Collaborate with Credit leadership to balance client objectives with credit quality and return.
• Leverage Treasury Management, Asset-Based Lending, and industry teams to deliver full capabilities.
• Support financing proposals, term sheets, pricing strategies, modeling, and client presentations.
• Guide relationship teams on structuring options, market terms, and transaction economics.
• Engage with senior client leadership alongside the relationship team.
• Develop relationships with other financial institutions and capital providers as appropriate.
• Maintain awareness of market pricing, financing trends, and competitor activity.
• Help establish consistent structuring and execution disciplines across Corporate Banking.
• Support development of Relationship Managers and the Corporate Banking platform.
