Reporting to the Head of Corporate Banking, this role will be partnered with Market Executives and Relationship Managers to help the Bank compete for larger and more complex relationships. The Capital Solutions will evaluate client financing needs, determine the appropriate role for Third Coast Bank’s balance sheet, coordinate internal specialty capabilities, and utilize club, participation, syndication, or other external capital solutions when appropriate.
The objective of the role is to help Third Coast Bank win, retain, and deepen high-value Corporate Banking relationships by solving more of the client’s capital needs.

  • Structure solutions involving senior secured and unsecured credit, acquisition financing, growth capital, recapitalizations, working capital facilities, asset-based structures, and other customized commercial financing solutions.
  • Determine the appropriate use of Third Coast Bank’s balance sheet based on hold size, risk appetite, relationship value, return, and strategic importance.
  • Coordinate club, participation, and syndicated structures when financing requirements exceed the Bank’s desired hold position.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and credit approval processes.
