Job summary

New York Blood Center seeks a Manager, Corporate Events to lead planning and execution of NYBCe's corporate events across divisions. You will partner with leadership, manage budgets, vendors, and on-site execution, ensuring consistency with brand standards.

Responsibilities include Board meetings, donor/sponsor recognition events, leadership gatherings, and cross-divisional event guidance, travel to NYBCe locations, and delivering high-impact experiences for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in event-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of corporate event planning experience.
• Experience with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of NYBCe corporate events across divisions.
• Manage timelines, budgets, venue selection, registration, catering, AV, transportation, and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate with executive leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless events.
• Develop detailed event plans, schedules, RSVPs, seating, and tracking systems.
• Source vendors, manage contracts and expenses; oversee communications and branding.
