Job summary

NBCUniversal in New York is seeking an experienced Corporate Events Manager to lead small to mid-sized programs from ideation through execution and contribute to larger events as part of a team.

With 5–7 years in events or related fields, you will partner with executives, manage logistics, budgets, and vendors, and travel internationally as needed. The hybrid role requires four in-office days weekly and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5+ years in events, hospitality, entertainment, experiential marketing, production, client services, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading and executing events from concept through completion.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized programs from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event reconciliation.
• Contribute to larger-scale and high-profile events, owning specific workstreams and logistics.
• Oversee venue sourcing, vendor coordination, run-of-show, guest experience and on-site logistics.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
• Interface with clients and executives with professionalism and discretion.
• Develop and track budgets, process invoices, and support post-event reconciliation.
• Negotiate contracts, track deliverables, and maintain production timelines.
• Coordinate event registration, attendee communications, and guest management.
• Travel domestically and internationally to execute and support events.
• Provide on-site support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
