Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, experiential marketing, production, client services, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading and executing events from concept through completion.
• Experience working with executive‑level stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid‑size programs from initial planning through on‑site execution and post‑event reconciliation.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned events, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, run‑of‑show development, premium sourcing, guest experience, and on‑site logistics.
• Develop and track event budgets, process invoices, and support post‑event reconciliation.
• Interface directly with clients and C‑suite executives with professionalism and discretion.
• Travel domestically and internationally to execute and support events.
