Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a seasoned producer to lead corporate meetings and events, owning programs end-to-end from brief through close. You will coordinate with client producers, manage budgets, and direct creative, staging, AV, and content partners to deliver high-quality experiences.

You will bring eight+ years of producing large programs, with proven executive presence, strong written updates, and budget forecasting capability. CMP/CMM preferred; US-based base salary range is provided.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years producing corporate meetings and events.
• Lead producer on programs from brief to close.
• Portfolio including multi-day executive programs and 500+ audiences.
• Strong production fluency with staging, AV, and content partners.
• Budget forecasting, reconciliations, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned programs from brief to close as producer of record.
• Coordinate with client producers and maintain standards.
• Act as daily contact; manage planning cadences and decision logs.
• Direct creative, production, and run of show.
• Own program budgets; forecast and reconcile.
• Direct event managers and attendee coordinators; manage staffing.
• Maintain master timeline, milestones and decision logs.
• Collaborate with sourcing on venues and suppliers; ensure contracts.
• Lead onsite delivery; manage staffing and briefings.
• Collaborate with Studio Operations on staffing and risk.
