Qualifications

Responsibilities

Identify vertical-market software businesses that align with investment goals and prioritize opportunities.
Develop trusted relationships with founders, owners, and senior executives to position Harris as the long-term home for their companies.
Move strongest opportunities through evaluation, offers, and closing with the M&A execution team.
Collaborate with colleagues on research, outreach, calls, meetings, and opportunity evaluation to strengthen sourcing and judgment.
Use AI-enabled tools to improve market mapping, target research, prospecting, prioritization, and CRM discipline.
