You will identify and assess prospective investments, cultivate relationships with founders and senior executives, and collaborate with the M&A execution team through evaluation, offers, and closing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or related field.
• Sourcing and advancing acquisition opportunities with discernment.
• Relationship-building with founders, owners, and senior executives.
• Understanding of vertical-market software markets.
• Clear point of view on applying AI to research and sourcing.
• Intellectual curiosity, initiative, sound judgment and strong communication.
• Willingness to travel within the United States and Canada.
• Salary range stated as USD 100,000–120,000 per year plus commission.
