Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development or related strategic roles.
• Proven track record of originating, structuring, and closing complex partnerships or joint ventures.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize Blue Origin's strategic partnership agenda with senior leadership.
• Originate, structure, and lead complex partnerships, joint ventures, and cross-business alliances.
• Lead cross-functional diligence, term sheets, and definitive agreements with legal, tax, and finance teams.
• Develop multi-year partnership roadmaps and translate theses into concrete deal opportunities.
