Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Corporate Development professional to lead end-to-end deal execution, from sourcing to integration, in support of strategic inorganic growth.

You will work with senior leadership and business units to perform industry research, due diligence, and term-sheet negotiations, translating complex analyses into clear investment narratives. A strong finance background and AI tooling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related analytical field.
• 7+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or venture capital; corporate development; or private capital fundraising / investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities supporting Blue Origin’s strategic priorities with senior leaders and external partners.
• Lead preparation of investor and capital-formation materials and analyses.
• Lead and serve as SME on financial analysis, deal structuring, synergy forecasting, valuation, and due diligence of acquisitions.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence with legal, finance, tax, HR, operations, IT, EHS, sales, and strategy teams.
• Oversee deal flow from term sheet to integration.
• Evaluate opportunities and risks in potential transactions.
• Present investment theses and recommendations across sourcing to integration planning.
• Build analytics and reporting tools to track performance.
