Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development in McLean, VA (Hybrid) to lead high-impact M&A diligence, strategy, and cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with Market Leaders to source acquisitions, build robust business cases, and guide transactions through integration planning.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in strategy or corporate development, strong financial modeling, and the ability to communicate insights to executive leadership while navigating government

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Industry focus in Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, or Technology.
• Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models (waterfalls, forecasts, ROI) and manage large data sets in Excel.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel presentation skills with ability to structure problems for executives.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• M&A Strategy & Sourcing: research markets, analyze industries, build M&A pipelines.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation: create waterfalls, forecasts, scenarios, and valuation frameworks.
• Executive Decision Support: prepare presentations and recommendations for leaders, boards, and committees.
• Due Diligence & Integration: drive due diligence and coordinate cross-functional integration plans.
• Team Leadership & Frameworks: mentor staff and establish standardized M&A processes.
