Job summary

Randstad USA in McLean, VA is seeking a high-visibility Corporate Development professional to lead M&A transactions and strategic growth initiatives across Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, and Tech sectors.

You will partner with the C-Suite and Market Leaders, building rigorous financial models, evaluating deals, and driving diligence and integration planning throughout the deal lifecycle, while mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Top-Tier Strategy Consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Advanced analytical toolkit with Excel prowess and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A pipeline development and sourcing strategy with market leaders.
• Develop and articulate business cases for prospective acquisitions for C-Suite review.
• Build complex financial models, valuations, waterfall analyses, and multi-scenario forecasts.
• Drive integration planning and due diligence across cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and guide junior corporate development analysts through deal workflows.
