Amazon is seeking an experienced Corporate Development Leader to generate, manage, and execute mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic partnerships in robotics, AI, logistics and supply chain. This leader will be a key business partner to senior leadership in WW Operations and Robotics and will be highly visible at the most senior levels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience with financial analysis and modeling.
• 7+ years of experience in technology corporate development, private equity, investment banking and/or venture capital.
• Experience creating and analyzing M&A and investment processes for a wide variety of transactions.
• History of successfully completing high-level, end-to-end negotiations.
• Very strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities that support Amazon's strategic priorities through engagement with senior leaders and external partners.
• Partner with Amazon businesses to evaluate expansion and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate benefits of acquisitions, investments and partnerships and build internal/external consensus.
• Act as a subject matter expert on valuation and deal structuring.
• Lead all pre-transaction diligence efforts.
• Negotiate key legal documents and bring transactions over the finish line.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transactions from term sheet to integration.
• Establish processes and strategy to sustain Amazon’s corporate development capabilities.
