Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or other transaction-related / due diligence experience

Responsibilities

• Drive value-focused decision-making: Own the financial evaluation of AWS's most strategic business opportunities.
• Own the financial narrative: Distill complex or novel transactions into clear, decision-ready narratives.
• Partner across deal teams: Work with Corporate Development, business finance, legal, tax, and accounting stakeholders.
