Job summary

Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. is seeking a senior corporate development professional to join the Digital Engineering & AI group.

You will manage multiple M&A transactions and strategic initiatives across the deal lifecycle, balancing rigorous financial analysis with cross-functional collaboration. You will build financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, LBO) and lead due diligence with Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Operations, translating findings into clear risk assessments

Qualifications

Experience across deal lifecycle with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related analytical discipline.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple M&A transactions and strategic projects across the deal lifecycle.
Build financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, LBO).
Lead cross-functional due diligence with Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Operations.
Conduct market, competitor and technology-sector analysis to support investment decisions.
Prepare business cases and proposals for senior leadership and board-level approval.
Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, investment banks, consultants and other external advisers.
