Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8 years of related M&A experience in corporate or consulting setting.
• Experience in IT organizations with multiple functional areas (infrastructure, applications).
• Program management experience with multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to define assumptions and draft plans/estimates under uncertainty.
• Proven execution of due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution across digital work streams (infrastructure, security, data, applications).
• Strong business process and strategic analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with digital and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Due Diligence assessing target environments (infrastructure, security, data, apps).
• Synthesize findings, coordinate cross-functional input, develop cost/risk assessments, present insights to senior leadership.
• Lead Post-Close activities; execute integration/separation plans across IT and business systems.
• Partner with Daikin and target businesses, cross-functional groups to achieve objectives.
• Measure synergies and value realization; track KPIs post-close.
• Develop the Digital M&A Playbook with standardized methodologies.
