Job summary

Offchain Labs is hiring a Corporate Development Sr. Associate to shape the future of blockchain tech. You’ll lead end-to-end M&A, strategic investments, and fundraising efforts, building models and memos for leadership while coordinating post-merger integration and strategic initiatives.

You’ll partner with executives to craft market analyses, competitive insights, and execution roadmaps in a fast-moving, crypto-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or a corporate development/strategic finance function.
• Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraising process from start to close with real ownership of workstreams.
• Genuine fluency in crypto, with crypto-native work experience strongly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills, including in data-sparse segments.
• Exceptional written and visual communication for executive audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high ownership in a small team with wide surface area.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end, screen targets, lead diligence, build valuation models, and assist on deal structuring/negotiation.
• Own post-merger integration planning and execution from signing through integration.
• Support fundraising preparedness with data rooms, models, KPI reporting, and process timelines.
• Develop strategic business cases with market analysis, segments, and deal economics.
• Provide external market views to leadership and translate into clear recommendations.
• Drive internal strategy communications and track execution against priorities.
• Establish scalable processes to enhance corporate development capabilities.
