Offchain Labs is recruiting for a Corporate Development Sr. Associate to shape the future of blockchain technology by identifying, acquiring, and building scalable solutions. You’ll evaluate opportunities, execute transactions, and influence strategic planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or corporate development.
• Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraising process from start to close.
• Crypto fluency with crypto-native work experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills.
• Excellent written and visual communication; able to produce executive-ready decks.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end—screen targets, conduct diligence, build valuation models, write memos, and assist negotiations.
• Own post-merger integration planning and execution; define integration thesis and drive workstreams.
• Support fundraising preparedness with diligence materials, data rooms, financial models, and KPI reporting.
• Develop strategic business cases with market/competitive analysis and deployment roadmaps.
• Provide external market insights to leadership and translate into clear recommendations.
• Drive internal strategy communications and track execution against the strategy.
• Establish scalable processes to enhance corporate development capabilities.
