Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead financial modeling and valuation for M&A, divestitures, and capital projects.
• Support M&A, capital investment, and commercial negotiation processes including due diligence and deal structure.
• Assist in formal deal due diligence and analysis of investment information.
• Assess competitive landscape and strategic fit; identify risks and value drivers.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership and external parties.
• Conduct research on new growth opportunities.
• Mentor and train team members to promote collaboration.
