Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support its Risk Advisory business in the Americas. You will draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, advise leaders, and coordinate with IP, cyber security, and privacy teams.

The role requires US bar admission with 5+ years PQE and a practical, collaborative approach. Hybrid presence in the Dallas area is expected 1–2 days per week.

Qualifications

• US bar admission with 5+ years PQE.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Exposure to technology, cyber security or privacy favorable.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial legal advice to Kroll's Risk Advisory business in the Americas.
• Draft, review, and negotiate client, vendor, product and other related agreements.
• Counsel business and technology leaders and liaise on IP, cyber security and privacy matters.
• Develop precedents and legal processes; conduct legal research as needed.
• Direct outside counsel and build relationships with regional and global teammates.
• Provide training on applicable legal issues to business colleagues.
