Job summary

CyberMaxx, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join our in-house legal team. You will negotiate MSAs, review vendor agreements, and manage external law firms while addressing employee legal matters and corporate policies.

The role involves collaborating on employee handbooks, remote work policies, and other regulatory documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 3–7 years as corporate attorney, in-house or law firm.
• Experience using AI-powered legal tech to support contract drafting, review and research.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate customer MSAs and draft/review master service agreements while protecting company interests.
• Maintain and update corporate contract templates (MSA, NDA, BAA, independent contractor, covenants).
• Review vendor agreements to align terms with company goals and obligations.
• Lead ad hoc legal projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage customer contract disputes and coordinate with counsel and customers for timely resolutions.
• Provide guidance on employee-related matters and compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee relationships with external law firms and ensure cost-effective, quality services.
• Contribute to corporate policies, including employee handbooks and remote work policies.
