Job summary

Richard, Wayne & Roberts in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a seasoned Associate General Counsel with 15+ years of technology SaaS and commercial transactions experience to join as a management-level attorney.

You will draft and negotiate SaaS, MSAs, licensing, vendor and NDA agreements, advise on contract structure and risk, and oversee consumer credit and protection laws, including GLBA, CCPA, TCPA and FCRA, in a hybrid in-house setting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in technology SaaS and commercial transactions law.
• Management experience in a legal or professional services setting.
• Exposure to hardware components or physical goods, related or unrelated to legal work.
• Experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements and consumer protection issues.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate SaaS, customer contracts, MSAs, licensing, vendor agreements and NDAs.
• Provide strategic guidance on contract structure, risk allocation, pricing terms and compliance.
• Ensure contracts align with new product launches and enhancements.
• Handle consumer credit, financial services and consumer protection matters (GLBA, CCPA, TCPA, FCRA).
