Qualifications

• Three to six years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating manufacturing and supply agreements, master services agreements, development and collaboration agreements, reseller agreements, and licensing agreements.
• Candidates should be technologically savvy and willing to learn and leverage legal AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts with supervision as needed.
• Work closely with experienced lawyers to gain increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
